You know you play UO too much when the power goes out and your first thought isn't "Oh, no! My groceries will spoil!" but, instead, "Crap, now I can't play UO."
Storms have been thrashing my neighborhood for the last 24 hours or so. I aged five years driving to work. Passed a dozen wrecks, a few times visibility was reduced to 0 at the same time that I was hydroplaning. And people kept slamming the brakes randomly. I mean, at 3 AM there's not many people out, but there were enough people doing 40 in the center lane of the highway (avoiding the flooded sides) to simulate rush hour.

ditto on that one, but I'm a synesthete so audio comes into my head on its own.
You know you play too much UO when you see your roommate playing WoW and your first reaction is, "d**n! You have more spell icons cluttering up your screen than I do, and I have 4 spellbooks!"

You know you play UO too much when you try to fight someone and you wonder why your Bandaids macro isn't working. When you ask the movers to lock down your furniture so no one takes it. When you are eating, you wonder how much your stamina is going up. When a family member tries to stop you from playing UO you threaten to Meteor Strike them, then apologize and promise you'll An Corp them. When it rains you wonder why the rain doesn't blow sideways through your house. When you wonder why your hunting bow needs arrows. When your real wife finds you web camming with your UO wife.  |
