I have not been able to connect all morning :-( Is the shard down? I am connecting to other shards fine.

Ok, I am wondering... Is there anyone that can post "any" info as to what is going on? Why is the shard down? Been trying to connect sense 6a.m. this morning, its now 2p.m.... Anything at all?

The shard is Pacific time, so the Host (me) is not usually up until 9am our time since our schedules have us up till, generally, pretty late at night. I have little kids so their time is first, then I check the shard.
It is back up now, it looks like the dsl dropped for a while. It was not due to anything in game.

There are disconnect issues, people (all at once) have been repeatedly disconnected which started yesterday and has continued through today. This morning and mid-day was pretty bad... this evening seemed better with the normal MB freezes for some people cause of the activity.
I have a couple things lined up to try to fix the disconnect issue, which means trying each one and then seeing if it continues. So please be patient, this may take a little time to narrow down the cause and get it fixed. I do not think it is the server itself since when it happens I also loose internet connection on explorer etc.
Sometime Thursday, depending on how it goes, I will be taking it down for a couple of hours to do system updates, replace some lines and move the server to another location in the house. Hopefully that will take care of the issue.

Server Maintenance at 1 PM Thursday March 12. Hopefully no more than an hour or two downtime and hopefully *crossed fingers* it help with the disconnects and lag.

We have a problem...
I can either restart the shard now as is and no one will have their shrunk pets or I can continue to try to figure out why it removed all shrink items when I started it back up. For now, I'm looking at backups for the differences and there may end up being a revert, hopefully a small one.
Thinking that is more preferable than everyone having no pets. I will put an update soon.

None of our members, "The Dark Watchers" have any an shrunken pets so we good either way, jus dying for server to come back up ! LOL i think the uo withdrawals are making our eyes bulge out and last i seen kat she was sitting in the closet saying "make the blank screen gooo away" =))) We patiently await shard to come up, and know your doing your best, which we appreciate so so very much =)

Still down for now, none of the back up saves fix the issue... need to research the error and see what it's coming from...
My stress level however is through the roof and headache turning into a migraine so I must take a break for now... sorry.

I'm fiening i need Uo fixxxxx,heck with shrunk pets well get more.This is adult shard so we should understand the sh*^ happens and get over it.May easy to just replace pets ingame and go easy on afk pet training for a few days so we can get new pets trained again.

Shard is back up however there are many lost pets.
Page or PM in game to have a replacement since I am aware of what several of you had. Do not expect armor replacement for mercs though.
The other option would have been a large revert and the ones who I've talked to and who've posted here leaned toward having the lost pets.

I recalled and completely locked up. I restarted the game and can not get back in :-( I can not get past choosing the server. After I click Dark Crusader at the server screen, I get the message, "The client could not attach itself to the game server, it must of been taken down, please try again in a few minutes"... first time I have had this issue. Just wanting to know if its me or is the server down? Anyone else having this?

Okays... thanks for posting Doc. At least I know it isnt me :-) Will check in a couple of hours. Because of the time difference, means, if the server is down, we wont see it back up for a few hours.
