Why do you assume a week, alyssa has the server up within a couple of hours, unless shes on vacation or something lol

oh dang that sucks, we can hope someone else has access to the host pc, its just a shard crash so if one does itll be up before friday but i guess if not, we will be out of luck

I used to run a UPS on mine.
But that's only good for short term power outs.

yeah but an uninteruptible power supply wont do any good for a shard crash, only thing thatd do good for it is, creating line of code in the script that deals with shard crashes to check if there is 2 consoles open and i doubt thatd even be effective, would most likely have make a small program to deal with crashes and make sure theres not 2 consoles up and if so close the oldest, but i aint good enough to write something like that xD...
sadly tho i guess all we can do is wait

When Trammel opened in UO on Pacific I took a couple off to place a tower. The local phone exchange lost power and it took 2 days to be repaired .... that sucked big time LOL

O When ever will it return?? no one but the host and owner can know when itll return, i just hope its soon, i finished leveling a warrior to 60 on WoW and was hoping to play some DC xD |

Just wanted to say that on the motd said the host was gone until the 5th, and if the shard went down we have to wait till then, but its only a couple of days, so just be patient till then  |

Please DO be patient, the server will (read: should be) back up by friday evening. But yes, I know it sucks, I miss helping with Transfer scrolls and such LoL. Anyways, I am workin on some things myself right now, so see you all on friday.
