 is the shard down right now or did i do something every time i try 2 connect i put in my user and pass and itll let me choose a server but after that it just sayes connecting and i cant play

Per the reply to your PM, I would need account username to check the account status to see if there is some other setting that is not allowing you on. Otherwise, need little more information such as what your using to connect, razor or connecuodesktop, client version etc. Check your connect settings to make sure their correct such as encryption etc. Shut it all down and reopen them... There could be several things, need little more info to help determine it... Please PM your username if your still not getting on. Thanks.
