well, i had that problem to, it coulda been a shard crash, or your patches are to high, if you cant login now nocturnal, then id say your patching is to high

Occasionally it is down for mod updates etc and occasionally the no-ip forwarding doesn't forward right when the ip changes, but, overall, it's generall up and running. If you've had a few days of not getting connected then it's some setting on your end. Not patched to 6.0.14.2 are you?
