PvP Recipe Mismatch Bug

Ok, here is the problem.

I got a Uncommon Assassin Spike Recipe today and i decided to use it.
but when I used my Netherese Smithy Hammer to make one, I didn't get the Uncommon Assassin Spike but got the Common Dagger one instead.

lil bit of a problem there, lol.
most likely an recipe gain mismatch on use problem in the script where what's gained isn't the same as the recipe title itself.

I found another mismatch.

Uncommon PVP Cleaver recipe gives
Uncommon PVP Assassin Spike recipe when used.
