There are a few people who get stuck and loose connection in the Hues area. If your not able to get out, need to make another char and page for help to get your stuck char moved by staff...
If this is happening to you, try closing your radar map so it's not showing then try reentering the area. I believe it is a radar map issue. There is at least one other area that someone has had this happen to them as well and closing the radar map fixed it.

i went to the hues room and im stocked everytime i log in it crashes uo...and it wont let me creat another character says mine is logged in. can you help me thank you. my account name is deveon

Once you create a new one page with your account name for admin or higher to move your stuck char out of the hues area... read the first post here as to what to do so it does not happen again. |

Sorry, been a long time since I played here. But I tried to go to the hues room using the world atlas and crashed. Cant log in any more. Can not create a char either. Can you help please Allysa?

please pm your account name to me here on a forum pm, i can move your char out of hues area... that happens sometimes to a few people who have either custom maps or older clients, in future need to close the radar map first before walking into the hues gate and that should stop happening

FYI this issue has been fixed! If you are new or thinking about joining Dark Crusaders or you are an old player who got stuck and could never log back on fear not! The Dark Crusaders staff are here to save the day!
