Been trying to connect to server but hung up on 'Connecting....' Is the shard still down?

My 2D Client is froze at Connecting, But 3D Seem's To Connect, But not load the background.

crazy, i just don't know what the issue is with yours, we have other players with 5 something clients logging in, really need to see if you can get it patched into 6 something...
any custom files you have in uo folder from other shards custom patching might be a factor as well...

this goes for both of you...
another suggestion that other staff have made is that you go get razor and download it again, installing it to overright one you have now or unistall your current one and then reinstall it, make sure to have server log in info written down....
check client.exe and razor both for compatability settings and or 'run as admin' settings if your using windows7, that might make a difference as well
I have checked both accounts and there isn't bans or firewalls or something like that to keep you from logging in either.
