So I have pinpointed that there is a conflict with UO and Windows 7. I heard from my computer manufacturer's tech support that EA released a client to work with it. I cant be positive but I don't think the client would be compatible with the DC server. I'm unsure myself but I'm wondering if the newer client isn't patched and you patch as far as you want. I'll post updates here as I figure more out.

Most things are working aren't they, just not when in areas of champs? ... which is odd....
There are lot of us on Windows 7 not having the same problems so I'm not all that sure it's a client version conflict... but then there are others who are having issues some issues, not all that sure why unless there are changed uo files. Did you play any other shard that had custom files? Did you patch further and put in an older client to be compatable with DC? I'm on windows7 and running a clean install of client 6.0.13.0 and only the hues files replaced for DC.
Your running both razor and UO as administrator and in windows xp compatablitity mode? found in the right click menu and in properties from right clicking, etc....

Well my computer tech said it was a direct conflict with Windows 7. I did look around on Bing for solutions but it looks alot like its for the highest patched client and wouldnt apply to my situation. I'm trying to the fixes he provided me and hopefully i can now do certain champs and go near certain mobs.
