Sometimes it's good to take pause and remember events from the past to help put things into perspective now...

If I were at work and not running errands/medical appointment I would have been in those buildings just to the left of the crash site.

Something not mentioned here is that during the same week of that crash, there was a shooting at the base hospital... again if that medical appointment hadn't been changed, I would have been there for that too...

Talk about everyone waiting for the 3rd thing to drop...

Thank you for sharing that. So many did not see or care about things that matter. Glad you were not in either place.

That pilot was going way to slow. I have done that myself in simulated flight. I use to love combat flight simulators. It says that pilot was known to be reckless to. What a shame. Being reckless with your own life is one thing but with other peoples lives is another. That B-52 is way to heavy to do low altitude banking turn that slow. That is sad and it could have been way worse in many ways. I am glad you were not there for that disaster.
