Token chest

i was wondering if any one can help me out. As i am new here there are still things im not sure about. main one is my pet leash  has gone and im trying to buy a new one from token stone but it keeos saying i dont have a token chest. any idea what is this or how i get one.

token chest is gotten in start area double click it to make it yours I don't get to forums often enuff but I will gladly assist you in game if I can
